It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)
-I like more natural base colors, but with smaller markings in unnatural colors like blue or red
-Long tails, big/long
The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you  finally  made  the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq  to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean  more quality to the paintings, am i right?. 
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Staff Meeting (For All Members)!

Firstly, please read this.  It is, most simply, my resignation letter.  

Yes.  I, Skylar of present and Split of the past, am resigning as overlord and community figurehead of GratuitousNonHumanty.  


So, with that off my chest, a meeting is being called in GNH on Tueday, October 7th at 6:00 PM Central Time.  This meeting will discuss the future of GNH, and the "rule" that will replace my own.  I highly stress that every member who cares about not only me, but GNH itself, attend.  This will be my last event as your leader; I will be demoted to Humankin at the end of the event.

Be there, or be square.

I remember seeing you my first time at the chat... when we first met you were split-chick at that. I always enjoyed talking with you and the crazy conversations we had then. For what it's worth I'm sorry I was not online to be there on your last day. I hope we can still at least stay friends. I always have enjoyed talking with you. Even though I some times annoyed you with the whole bowing antics ^^;

For what it's worth you were great as the group leader, and always will be.

I'm sorry I couldn't make it. Neither my javascript nor my Flash are in working order. I really don't want to make excuses, so I'll just say that I do feel guilty for falling prey to exactly what you said. I'm just another of those that never show up in the chatrrom. I've become absorbed in my own affairs outside of the internet. And for not being supportive, I apologize. Though I don't feel that I can really correct this problem at this time.

On a different note, however, I'd really like to know how the meeting went. Please send me information anyone that attended.
